This blog is dedicated to anyone trying to reach their personal fitness goals. Whether the goal is to improve a problem area, start eating healthier or to lose weight, I’m here to share with you how you can take a few small steps toward your ultimate goal.

I am a mother of 3 boys and I work full-time. Working out and meal planning can be very tricky, but don’t fret I will let you in on what helps me stay on track!  Being a super awesome (and busy) mommy while trying to get back into shape is hard but with a little will power, a very basic work out plan and a general idea of what you should be fueling your body with, even you can reach your goals!

I am in no way a nutritionist or a personal trainer. I have only advice from what I’ve read, things I’ve tried and what has or hasn’t worked in my personal experiences.
